From Tree To Sea ceramics ships worldwide using Canada Post Standard Mail or Air Mail (depending on package size). I currently use a flat rate based pricing for international orders based on weight.  Customers are responsible for all customs charges as due upon delivery - please refer to your local customs office for more information.

A quick note on why shipping is so expensive! The weight, size and destination of an order all are factors in the shipping price. As ceramics are fragile by nature, extra care is required to package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Several layers tissue or kraft paper are necessary, and add extra weight and size to the shipment, increasing the cost. However, please be assured that I take all measures to reduce shipping costs to customers where possible (recycling and re-using kraft paper). 

A word on sustainability - all ceramics are wrapped in recyclable kraft paper, starch based packing peanuts, and recyclable boxes. The packing peanuts are biodegradable + can easily be dissolved in water!
